It's liek having 2 little hardboiled eggs loosely hanging down from 2
little holes on 2 separate strings inside a pouch made of skin
You can move the testes around independently from the scrotum, and
sometimes the scrotum shrivels up and hardens while the testes retreat
up into their little hidey holes. The opposite happens too, where the
scrotum goes very loose and the balls hang low ヽ(´∇`)ノ
