There's no reason for a serious programmer to accept a dubious inter-
net "job" when they can easily get a real one (with all the benefits
that come with those). Sites like this have only ever had volunteers
who do it because they love the site/community, not because they're
getting paid (;´Д`)
Unless the owner or highly passionate user of the site (one who can
tolerate the owner and be tolerated in return) is a programmer and
totally willing to "do it for free" purely for the cause, you are shit
out of luck - and even in those rare cases, it's even more rare for
the owner/volunteers to actually be any good and to not be a liability
with several screws loose (;´Д`)
