I think there's a case for divvying decades up, except I think it should
happen more around the fifth year, since the earlier years are
inherently just transitional. For example I consider the '80s' as being
from from 1985-1995. Before that was the '70s' from 1975-1985, and after
it is the '90s from 1995-2005.(´ー`)
