　└■There was a significant drop-off in Off-Topic activity starting in 
　　　September - before that, Off-Topic was hovering around 4K-5K posts 
　　　per month since February, but suddenly in September it dropped to 
　　　around 3K and has remained there ever since (;ﾟ∇ﾟ)
　　　
　　　Possible reasons I can think of:
　　　- start of new school year (I know for a fact that kaguya has a lot 
　　　  less free time these days)
　　　- introduction of range bans
　　　- launch of Hakoniwa Islands
