Meh, not close. I think only agglutination is very hard, but I've read 
learners saying the grammar is logical and phonetics are easy.

Turkish is listed on tier 4, arabic is tier 5. And Japanese is the only
"harder than other languages in the same tier" language in tier 5,
making it the hardest language to learn for English speakers

I don't get it when people say Japanese is hard. Once you get past the script basic Japanese is easy.
