How would you interpret King of the King?
I feel uncomfortable with King of the Kings as a sentence.
Is he a royal king or an emperor?(;´Д`)

He is the king of every other kings, so he's an emperor (´ー`)

And while we're at it, I have a question: does it include the position of Crown Prince?(;´Д`)

There is no such position. Once the King of Kings is on his death
throes, he seeks the nearest form of life and proclaims it the new
absolute ruler.
Worrying about long term hereditary succession is for weaker monarchies.

Quite unfortunate that a worm is now the legitimate ruler. (´Д`)
