A "new" vote board is being worked on ヽ(´ー`)ノ
(it's basically done and is technically already live, I'm just doing
some final touches/testing)

The underlying software of teh "new" one is... 25 years old, but it's
moar fleshed out, and probably equally as "secure" as the lolico vote
script (;^Д^)

Users can submit their own items with a comment, can comment on each
item (or create additional items without voting on them), open up
each item like a thread, etc.

Also, mods will actually be able to delete polls (ZOMG!!!1) (´∇`)

The only thing it doesn't have compared to teh old one is the option to
vote for multiple items, but maybe it can be added later

They'd occasionally get baleeted before, but only kaguya could do it,
and only by manually editing the log files (;^Д^)
