I use it to globally ban URL shorteners mostly, though kuz has his own..
reasons, let's say. It doesn't interest Heyuri beyond me using it for moderation.
Also no, it's not defacto ban system. I am using Heyuri's built in ban system
for giving private warnings to users, and use mai b&hammer to enforce our
house rules.

Heyuris hosting: kuz as my friend does it for free just because I enjoy this
website. Because we are using Kolyma's hosting, he only asks to enforce
rules you see on https://nss.kolyma.org/network-policies/ and 
https://www.kolyma.org/policy/
By dejure at least. We don't need to care for the rules about jailbait etc,
but he is very serious about banning anti-Russian or anti-Kolyma stuff,
which I decided to enforce after a private talk with him
I considered just banning all discussions regarding Russia and Kolyma whetever
if they are in a positive or negative manner, but didn't do that. If you have a
problem with this, supply me with bux so I can host Heyuri independently.
Note that I don't guarantee I wouldn't use the said bux for importing roridoujins
instead ( ´ω`)

Noone talks about "de-kuzifying". The guy kuz replied asked for adding back
his name on front page, which has been done.
If it's "de-kolymaifying", I can do that in frontend, so you wouldn't see stuff
like ukraine or kissu's links turning to links to kolyma's pages about them, but
if you ask for "de-kolymaifying" our backend, apart from stuff like SpamDB
or whole kokonotsuba, I'd also like to remind I am technically working for
kolyma - making me one of the things that would need to go... I don't think
I want that (;´Д`)
