　├■As a virus, it was just extremely viral and caused some strange symptoms
　│　like the loss/distortion of taste and smell

　│　As an event, for many it was the biggest societal disruption since WW2, 
　│　and for a fleeting moment near the start there was a general feeling of 
　│　"welp, I guess this is how we're all going to die". The lockdowns were 
　│　also unprecedented, and led to some very unusual circumstances and 
　│　experiences
