　　　　　│before - it's usually a lot more effort than they expected, and doesn't 
　　　　　│last more than a couple of issues until the main contributers get too

　　　　　└■Maybe instead of a monthly it could be a quarterly. Basically it comes
　　　　　　│out every season. Fall Issue, Winter issue, etc.
