How would you describe the early '90s?

Like an '80s hangover. Even up until 1994 you'd see a lot of '80s hair and loud colors and squiggly line effects and what not. I don't know why no one ever mentioned it, but Jerry Seinfeld's hair was totally '80s hair, and he carried it thru the '90s.

││Additionally the kind of dance pop that was popular in the '80s saw it's final culmination in the early '90s, before dying off. Compare 'Tuch Me' by Fonda Rae, put out in 1986, to the early '90s cover 'Touch Me' by Cathy Dennis ヽ(´ー`)ノ

I was only a baby so I don't have any memories b4 93-94 at the abso-
lute earliest, but in my mind the early 90s are synonymous with raves,
   baggy clothes, and 16-bit computers/games/demos ヽ(´ー`)ノ
