　　│some way), as well as fechi gazou keijiban (which is unrelated) (;´Д`)

　　│My VPN's Japanese servers can't bypass whatever kind of block they've 
　　│implemented, so I can only confirm the sites' continued existence via 
　　│google's cache feature (;´Д`)

　　│Additionally, open2channel has re-implemented geoblocking, but at the 
　　│very least my VPN can get around their implementation (;´Д`)

　　│As for why it's affecting some Japanese users and not others - I've 
　　│seen before where a site admin has limited access to specific known 
　　│good Japanese hostnames while blocking everything else - including 
　　│hostnames that are frequently abused by spammers and VPN users/ban 
　　│evaders
