　■i've always hated the monthly anime, it could never work out for the way heyuri is now. i've always recommended (even though nobody listened to me until now ヽ(`Д´)ノ) about cytube, and how it would be way better for the site than the monthly anime.

　│as for why the monthly anime failed? a bunch of reasons like the organizers failing to organize like said, the actual animes being nothing worth discussing about besides a few funny images/scenes (save for rozen maiden) the death of heyuri, and the dwindling pph after the golden ages. i really think, if the monthly anime were to make a return, we would need to nominate shit worth actual discussion and not funny slice of life no #9001 (cont)

　└■the cytube succeds where the monthly anime does not, because it:
　　　-actually gages user attention (you can see who is actively watching)
　　　-instead of watching an episode a day, you watch the entire series for 5 hours. this is more consistent and better for those with limited time management
　　　-brings the community together, you get to see the anonymous faces of heyuri users (´人｀)
　　　
　　　where it does fail is the attention, you get demotivated to make threads of the anime on the site because you already said most of what you had to say on the cytube, so it doesn't necessarily bring pph, but it does bring interest. that being said, most of these animes didn't have much to talk about anyways (´～`) (cont)
