Become aware of triggers, focus on reasons why you want to abstain
from the habit, block/delete/hide porn, find new distractions. 

You don't really miss it after a few days. Then you can kind of go on
auto pilot. It gets kind of annoying to go without cumming for too 
long. But.. moderation in all things..
