I tried to sleep early to fix my sleeping schedule but waking back up at
midnight only made it worse (;´Д`)

That happens to me too sometimes (´人`)
Whenever your sleep schedule is really messed up, you usually can't
actually fix it in one night by going to bed way earlier. Your body will
think you're trying to just take a nap, and then you wake up at midnight
after a few hours feeling well rested, which just perpetuates the bad
habit (;´Д`)

You can still fix them. Just take it easy, a few hours earlier at a
time ( ´ω`)
Also avoid naps, even if you feel sleepy! Those keep ur sleep schedule
ruined.

Well, it was for me at least. If it isn't for you though, you can do it
in smaller intervals (´ー`)
