He has mod powars (mostly unused unless a post is highly critical of
him/kolyma, which is a clause he put in kolyma's ToS that we still have
to abide by since he owns/pays for Heyuri's servers), and he's the sole
owner of everything kolyma-related (some of which kokonotsuba still
relies on or is still hooked into, as explained by kaguya on /q/:

Obviously that gives him a certain level of control and influence over
Heyuri, hence why I ended up losing my cool over all the "kuz is gone,
d/w about it" posts the other day (;´Д`)
I wouldn't even mind if he didn't occasionally abuse the fact or keep
trying to hide his presence/actions, as the fact he keeps Heyuri run-
ning out of his own pocket is an extremely commendable act on its own
(especially with all the crazy shit that gets posted here)
I think more people would be willing to give him some leeway if they
knew the actual situation rather than all the guesswork and rumor-mill-
ing everyone has to do instead, but the way he over-defends himself and
throws serious accusations back at those who don't like him or are
critical just makes him look like the bad guy most of the time (;´Д`)
It's not often that he steps into Heyuri's affairs ever since he
stepped down, but I think tensions have been running high lately due to
some of our new/returning users being a lot more outspoken and critical
towards him than those who arrived later/earlier, which may have him a
little antsy (my rants the other day likely didn't help with that (;^Д^))
