But then hating them won't bring us to anywhere, nor we are able to do anything
at all to change their attitude.

Our best option is ignoring their whole presence, and searching fun in things they
"ruined" at this point (´ー`)

I only get passionately despair'd about the current state of virtual
youtubers cuz for a couple of years it was my main interest/hobby that
I spent every waking hour following - it was one of the most awesome
and beautiful thing I had ever seen online (and I've seen a lot of
internets!), but then it all (or at least mostly) went to shit thanks
to the worst faggots of the nu-web piling in and changing the whole
definition of "virtual youtuber" to something way worse (;´Д`)

And since it was so niche back when I lieked it, nobody even cares what
I have to say about it anymore - once again I've been made an outcast
in something that I used to love and joyously proselytize about (;´Д`)

There's still a lot of the old guard around of course, but they're slow-
ly disappearing, and their "we're all in this together no matter what"
and "let's support each other against black company bullshit" mentality
that kept things positive and beautiful is almost completely gone from
the newer "generations". The whole thing is so much more corporate and
shallow thanks to "The Big Company" being 1. SHIT, and 2. bringing mil-
lions of Western eyes to the whole thing and filtering them all through
their turd lens instead of introducing them to the wider buichuuba
scene. It's just not the same anymore... (;´Д`)

I die inside every time I see that godawful idol/corporate terminology
being applied to virtual youtubers, especially since one of the biggest
boons of the buichuuba scene was how all that crap was mostly absent.
Even seeing kuz talking about "talent" and their "struggle" (struggle
to be some boring fucking fulltime youtubers/streamers pretending to be
internet girlfriends WHICH WAS PART THE OVERARCHING "MONETIZATION" AND
"PARASOCIAL RELATIONSHIP" AIDS THAT KILLED MY INTERNETS TO BEGIN WITH)
makes me sad (;´Д`)

Dear internet kamisama,

Pls, just once - let us have nice things (;´Д`)

The exploitation of dying things is a famous art
