Reminder to staff-san that you can give yourself (or others) a fixed 
handle name (e.g. how kuz's name is bold and italicized and cannot be 
used by others without them getting Fraudster'd) by editing this sect-
ion in conf.php:

'HANDLENAMES' => array(
  'yourname' => 'yourpassword',
),

The first part is what you want the name to appear as publicly, and the 
second part is what you have to type into the name field in order to 
use that name
