It's just something an idle mind does to keep itself stimulated. If you're trying to avoid doing it for some "NoFap" thing though, I wouldn't recommend it. Lot of effort for not much reward, unless if you really care about feeling attraction to 3D women or making productive use of your time, neither of which I would imagine the average Anonymous-san here to care about.
