Maybe my experience is biased, but it's always seemed to me that 
Shimakaze-kun is even more popular than regular Shimakaze (;ﾟ∇ﾟ)

Even if I liek their style, if all they draw are the characters that 
everyone evar draws, that's all that will get recommended to me in 
future. Bookmarking a single one of these is enough to get tons of that 
character appearing on the discovery page, even if I only cared for 
that one image of them (;´Д`)

Regarding tags and original characters, that's basically what I do. But 
sometimes there'll be a work of one of "those characters" that is TEH 
HAWTNESS, but I can't bookmark it without losing the usefulness of the 
discovery page (;´Д`)

It's already bad enough that I had to use my one free mute option on 
the 女の子 tag just to stop getting flooded with generic girl pics 
after haatoing a couple of non-男の娘・ふたなり works... I want to fap 
to cute pen0rs dammit, stop showing me these gay vaginas!!! ヽ(`Д´)ノ
