I'm watching this TV Show from the '70s called 'Eight Is Enough', about
a family with eight kids.
Early on in the series there is a mom character played by Diana Hyland,
but halfway thru the first season she disappears. I was under the
presumption that they sidelined her to focus more on other characters,
but she made not a single re-appearance thruout the rest of the season.
Now that I've started season two, they've acknowledged her disappearance
thru some rather cryptic allusions. I'm fairly confused. I'm not sure if
she ran out on them or died or what...
