I think "accuracy level" would be the mistranslation in this case. A
more literal translation of "こわれにくさレベル" / "壊れ難さレベル" (at
least as far as my understanding goes) might be "breakage resistance
level", or "how-difficult-it-is-to-break-the-hit-counter level", but I
wanted to keep that particular line as short as possible because it was
already way longer that the Japanese original (;´Д`)
Every time the hit counter faulters due to server hiccups or other
issues, it will drift further and further away from the true value, so
its "accuracy" only ever gets worse over time
This function attempts to lower the rate at which the counter drifts
out by having multiple counter files being written to/read from simul-
taneously - this is in the hopes that some of the errors will be
averaged out, but it doesn't actually make it any more or less accurate
Of course, this comes at the cost of more read/writes being performed
by the server every time someone views the page, so you don't want to
set it too high. The latest version of the script recommends a value
between 3-5, with a default value of 4 (previously it was 2-5 with a
default of 3)
