It's a kind of awareness of the nature of things induced by the sudden wipe of desire 
from the mind. It is the closest thing to enlightenment and sagehood that most average, 
normal people experience, which is why the Japanese call it 賢者タイム (sage time). The 
ideal is to learn to be in a constant state of 賢者タイム. But at the same time, desires and 
passions are part of what make us human and give us depth in my opinion. (｀ー´人)
