My alternative calendar is similar to Asimov's "World Season Calendar" in that it divides the year 4 ways, by solstices and equinoxes, and has static calendars (months always begin on the same day, special date/s are added without a day of the week)

Like the Soviet system, it uses 6 day workweeks; this allows for a natural 4 day weekdays + 2 day weekend division of labor.

1 season is a holiday, followed by 3 months of 5 weeks of 6 days each, followed by another holiday. (1+(3*5*6)*4) = 364; the year is began with a "year day" between spring and summer, while leap years also see a "leap day" added between fall and winter.

 June 19 - Year Day
 June 20 - Summer Day
 June 21 - Summer 1
 September 18 - Summer 90
 September 19 - Fall Day
 September 20 - Fall 1
 December 18 - Fall 90
 December 19 - Winter Day
 December 20 - Winter 1
 March 19 - Winter 90
 March 20 - Spring Day
 March 21 - Spring 1
 June 18 - Spring 90
